How long will it take to get my package?
All orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Once fulfilled, we will ship your package based upon the shipping carrier rate you've selected. Once shipped, a tracking code will be provided.
We offer free economy shipping for orders $25 and more (no code necessary).

With fulfillment & shipping it takes about 6-10 days to receive your package. However, there may be delays due to inclement weather or unexpected and unforeseen circumstances that may be out of our hand. Once shipped, please contact the shipping carrier you've selected and provide your tracking number for additional information.
Where do you source your products from?
We source from several small active farms across the USA.
Our main suppliers are Fossil Farms, Blue Ridge Farms, Joyce Farms, Thousand Hill Farms, and Thompson Farms.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the continental USA.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit and credit cards.
How do we store the treats? What is the shelf life?
Because our treats do not contain any artificial preservatives or chemicals, keeping our treats stored properly is very important.
Freeze-dried treats are best stored in a cool dry place away from moisture, humidity, and sunlight. Once opened, our freeze-dried treats are best fed within 30 days after opening. Please see sell by date at the back of your package.
Dehydrated treats should be stored in an airtight sealed container or resealable bag and stored in the refrigerator once opened.
For longer shelf life, we recommend storing treats in the freezer. Remove the amount of treats you'd like to feed for the week, place treats in the refrigerator and thaw to serve. If stored in the freezer, treats are good for up to a year.
Our dehydrated and freeze-dried products contain no preservatives or pesticides. Although it's uncommon, bugs and mold—caused by added moisture—can sometimes pose a problem.

We will refund the full amount to the original payment used on file at the time of purchase. It may take about 3-5 business days to see the credit returned depending on the payment method.
